Ricky is a qualified recovery specialist, NLP Practitioner and group facilitator with over 25 years of experience supporting those impacted by addiction and mental health. Along with lived experience and practical expertise, Ricky leads the charities multidisciplinary teams, Harmony House a recovery retreat and the Adam Outreach Project, a sober living house focused on supporting those affected by homelessness. His early career began working at East Coast Recovery as a support worker and life coach supporting those undergoing detox and addiction treatment. A trusted management partner of Rehabs UK, Ricky and Harmony House is passionate about recovery and helping others to reach their potential using self-development strategies and evidence-based practices.
