We can't change the path we're on without taking corrective measures. It doesn't matter how many meetings we attend, how many books we read, or how much advice we receive—if we don't take action and make real changes in our lives, we can not expect different results. Recovery isn't just about gathering information or seeking support. It's about making a commitment to ourselves, taking the necessary steps, and following through. Cause and effect are fundamental rules. If we want different outcomes, we must be willing to put in the work and make different choices.
