About Paulene Morse
About Paulene Morse
Paulene joined East Coast Recovery in 2012 as a Finance Assistant ensuring that the facility was supported from an operations perspective coordinating with NHS providers. With lived experience of family members who have suffered from addiction she soon felt called to work closer with clients and was promoted to Hospitality Manager. Throughout her time in this role, she supported clients as well as colleagues whilst ensuring the facility felt a home from home. Having worked in a variety of customer service roles Paulene’s steadfast commitment grew to helping those in need as a Treatment Advisor for Rehabs UK to find support with compassion and empathy.
As Lester Morse’s wife, Paulene’s professional and home life is recovery community focussed which positions her perfectly when speaking with family members about the challenges they face. This can be particularly helpful for when relationships have broken down between the client and their family. Due to her professional and lived experience, she can confidently explore and build suitable treatment solutions and pathways whilst supporting both the client and their family.
