What is it?

Rehabs UK are proudly offering a Recovery Foundation Course, Online Rehab groups and courses. A solid foundation to recovery.

Our founder has been in recovery for 31 years and worked in residential addiction treatment for 26 years, in that same period of time he has been offering community workshops and 12-week courses on addiction treatment in the UK and abroad.

He has combined his experience with a team of addiction treatment therapists, and recovery coaches. Using our many years of shared treatment experience, we have put together what we believe is the UK’s simplest and most effective 32 modules addiction treatment foundation course! Why are we offering it?

More convenient:

Let’s face it: there is nothing more convenient than an online programme. You may not want to get involved at first, but the ability to do so from the comfort of your home will make everything much easier. You don’t have to leave home to attend meetings. You don’t have to sit in a room with others. Instead, you can partake in every meeting and activity as long as you have a computer and access to the internet. This level of convenience cannot be overlooked.

Anonymous:

When it comes down to it, the only way to be truly anonymous during treatment is to attend an online programme. The reason for this is simple: you don’t have to show your face to anybody else. Sure, you may be required to share your name and contact information with the group administrator, but at no point are you required to meet others in a face-to-face environment.

Easier to attend:

Are you concerned about your ability to attend in-person meetings on a regular basis? This is a common concern. After all, you have other things going on in your life, such as your job, school, and/or taking care of your family. You will find it much easier to attend an online, since you can get involved from any location. As you know, it is important to stay on track with this type of programme. This is why you should give an online approach a second look.

Review the information as often as you want:

With a traditional rehabilitation programme, you attend the meeting and then you go home. You will learn a lot, but once you leave you are gone until the next get-together. The same cannot be said for an online programme. With this, you have access to all the information at all times. This allows you to review the details of the meeting as often as you want, ensuring that you digest the most important details and use them to your advantage.

Still connect with others in an effective environment:

Just because you are getting involved with an online programme does not mean you are giving up anything in terms of effectiveness and the ability to connect with others in a similar position. When everything is said and done, you can still look back and realise that you learned a lot. All in all, the only thing that matters is that the programme is effective. If you get what you want out of it, you can be happy with where you stand.

How does it work?

There are some terms and conditions to be discussed before you will be eligible to enrol on the Recovery foundation course.

Before we can get you started you will need to complete a free telephone assessment with one of our treatment advisers, they will assess your needs and help you put together a bespoke custom-made recovery plan. If you need a detox first, we can arrange that for you at home or in a residential setting! If you need a psychiatric evaluation, we can also arrange that! We pride ourselves on being flexible to suit your needs! Let us help you find the right treatment! The free assessment and the treatment adviser will help you understand all the options available to you! The free assessment is completely confidential and not shared with anyone without your permission!

Who is it suitable for?

Anyone looking for recovery but may not have the time, finances or doesn’t quite have the level of need to check into a residential clinic. Anyone in recovery who may be struggling or feel they need more support.

Why should I do this course?

Becoming part of a recovery environment and process online is a great first step towards commitment to your personal recovery, plus there’s a lot for you to learn about yourself, addiction and recovery! Knowledge is power and you’re going to need it if you are going to succeed in overcoming your addiction and improving your life!

How do I know it will work for me?

Recovery works when you approach it like a journey, it has many different stages, learning about addiction and recovery is the first stage. We have decades of experience helping thousands of people with addiction treatment. All we or anyone can do is offer you the best tools to help you build a solid recovery foundation! We have all the information you need to know what’s wrong with you and what you can do about it! All you need is to be open-minded and willing to give it a go!

Is this the only way?

No, our way is not the only way! We are merely a group of treatment professionals who have a way that works! There is a lot that goes into completing a programme online. As long as you are dedicated to the programme, realising that you are doing something good for yourself, you should be able to reach all your goals.

If you would be interested in this programme for you or your loved one then please do not hesitate to get in touch with our treatment advisors. Recovery is possible!
